Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be ecstatic with your items so will accept returned items for exchange or refund (refunds will not include any postage charges) if returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging, within 7 days of posting. Please include a note stating why you are returning the item.
For your protection, where you are returning item to us, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service or in the very least obtain proof of posting. Please note that you'll be responsible for the costs of returning goods unless they were delivered in error or the item is faulty. In the case of an exchange we will pay for posting your replacement.

Please make sure you package all returns well as we cannot accept liability for items that are damaged during return. We try to deal with all returns with 1 week of receipt, whether your return is for an exchange or refund. Where a refund is issued, funds will be credited to the original method of payment.
Appearance, Colours, Sizing
We do our best to accurately represent the items in our photography. However, as we have no control over our customers’ monitor settings (colours, resolution, etc.) we cannot guarantee colours will be exactly as they appear on our website.
All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are UK sizes.
Although we have tried to show a typical product in our site images due to the unique nature of couch products the item received may differ slightly from that photographed. As all couch products are handfinished essentially no two products are the same. If in the unlikely event you are unhappy with the item received you are entitled to return it as per our returns policy.
Price
- The price for each Product is shown on couchuk.com and includes V.A.T at 15% (17.5% as of the 1st January 2010).
- You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details, based on the delivery address and shipping method you specify.
- Prices are quoted on couchuk.com in UK pounds - outside the UK your credit card company should exchange the amount charged to the currency of your country at the current rate. Please note that both charges and refunds are in UK pounds and Couch UK Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuations.
- Non-EU customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these costs will be - please consult your local customs office for more information.
Refusal of Transaction
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at anytime and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
