Shipping & ReturnsWe try to send out all items within 7 days. Due to the unique nature of our products though, this isn't always possible. In the event of a delay we will contact you as soon as possible with an estimated delivery time. Often we are able to send items out within a few days. If you are in a particular hurry and you want to check whether we have something available to send immediately please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to check for you. All our orders are sent via Royal Mail. All UK orders are sent first class so should be received the day after dispatch. International orders are sent via airmail and depending on the country will take 3-5 days from dispatch to arrive. In the event of strike action, we cannot be held responsible for late delivery of packages. They will be delivered the next working day after normal service resumes. Delivery is free within the UK. European airmail is £3.00 and worldwide airmail is £5.00. We currently don't offer signed for options although we do obtain proof of posting. Returns We want you to be ecstatic with your items so will accept returned items for exchange or refund (refunds will not include any postage charges) if returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging, within 7 days of receipt. Please include a note stating why you are returning the item. For your protection, where you are returning items to us, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service or in the very least obtain proof of posting. Please note that you'll be responsible for the costs of returning goods unless they were delivered in error or the item is faulty. In the case of an exchange we will pay for posting your replacement. We try to deal with all returns with 1 week of receipt, whether your return is for an exchange or refund. Where a refund is issued, funds will be credited to the original method of payment. Lost parcels In the unlikely event that you do not receive your parcel within 14 days of dispatch, please firstly contact your local post office as often parcels are being held at your local delivery/sorting office for collection. If the parcel is still not located, please do not hesitate to contact us. Although it is our policy to always replace lost parcels, please understand that any delays in arranging replacements for lost goods result from the time required for postal services to investigate the matter further. Customs charges Please note that orders delivered to countries outside the EU may be subject to additional customs charges. These charges are determined and collected by the customs authorities in your country. It is the responsibility of the individual to pay all associated customs charges. We cannot be held accountable for these charges where they occur. |
